These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the HaveQuote.com website (“Site”). By using the Site or submitting any information through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What HaveQuote is

HaveQuote.com is a free, consumer-facing marketing lead generator and advertising/referral service that connects homeowners with licensed local home improvement contractors and other Third-Parties. We are not a contractor, lender, broker, insurer, or seller of any home improvement product or service. We do not perform any of the work that may be referred to you. All work, contracts, warranties, and pricing are between you and the Third-Party with whom you choose to do business.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to use the Site. By submitting a quote request, you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you have the authority to request quotes for the property described.

3. Submission of information; consent to be contacted

By clicking Submit on a quote form, you (a) authorize HaveQuote to share your information with up to four Third-Parties for the purpose of contacting you about the service you requested, and (b) consent to receive marketing communications by phone, email, SMS, automated dialing systems, and pre-recorded/artificial voice messages from HaveQuote and those Third-Parties at the contact information you provided. 4. No guarantee of quotes or results

We do not guarantee that you will receive any quote, that any specific Third-Party will respond, or that any Third-Party will offer you the lowest price, the best service, or the highest-quality work. Eligibility for any quote or product depends on factors outside our control, including geographic availability, the type of service requested, and Third-Party criteria.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information;
Use any automated means to access, scrape, copy, or interact with the Site without our permission;
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
Interfere with the Site’s normal operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of it;
Use the Site for any purpose other than requesting home improvement quotes for your own use.

6. Intellectual property

All content, branding, software, designs, and other materials made available on the Site (other than information you submit) are owned by HaveQuote or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

7. Third-Party websites and content

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or display content provided by Third-Parties. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site or content. Your interactions with any Third-Party are governed by that Third-Party’s own terms and privacy practices.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, SERVICES, AND REFERRALS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THE QUALIFICATIONS OR PERFORMANCE OF ANY THIRD-PARTY. USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of liability

12. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which HaveQuote is principally located, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may change these Terms at any time. The “Effective” date above will reflect the latest revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
